With multiple locations nationwide, insignia is widely recognised as experts in identification and traceability, and work with world-leading brands in thermal printing, barcoding, data capture, marking & coding.
We are on the lookout for a Senior Sales Support Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for our customers. While continuing to be an integral part of the sales support team you will provide day-to-day guidance and support to the broader team and be a key contact regarding complex, sensitive or escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and actively participate in pricing strategy discussions by collating customer trends and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Represent Sales Support in interdepartmental meetings or cross-functional projects.
- You will take ownership of queue items such as Escalated enquiries, New Label Quotes, Trials and CORP.
- Monitor NES (Net Easy Score) or NPS-related feedback and proactively resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
- Help Identify Knowledge and Skill gaps in Sales Team and Liaise with Sales Support Manager.
About you
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Good understating of sales workflows, order fulfilment processes, and customer account management within a commercial environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Works effectively with sales, finance, HSEQ, and customer service teams to achieve shared outcomes
- Demonstrated decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
