We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator, who’s passionate about delivering top-notch service to both our internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to person for all things spares inventory. Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be a key player in a high-performing team that knows how to get the job done and have a laugh while doing it. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage all purchase orders according to their required ETA dates to ensure they arrive on time and expedite as needed
- Develop and uphold positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate the end-to-end management of inventory including monitoring, adjusting forecasts, participate in stocktakes, investigate solutions and provide optimisation reports
- Order all Hardware, Consumables, Spare Parts, and Software from local and overseas suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchases and availability when required by internal and external stakeholders
- Manage Domino ITM04 rental replenishment
- Maintain insignia Vendor Warranty processes and data integrity.
- Be a proactive team member and embrace continuous Improvement, contribute to developing and evolving company functions, projects, and programs.
About you
- A keen interest in Supply Chain with an eagerness to learn
- Admin/data entry experience (beneficial)
- Demonstrated a high standard of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, handle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage activities through to completion.
- Good communication skills with the ability to negotiate and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
