About the role:
We are on the lookout for an Aftermarket Product Administrator to support the Aftermarket Product specialist, alongside the Technical Services Team with contract management, documentation and reporting. This is a great opportunity for you to kick start your career and take a deep dive into the printing industry. In this role you will;
- Plan and set-up all preventative services in CRM by all service agreement’s requirements and conditions
- Provide solutions to all stakeholders to ensure contract terms are fulfilled and expectations are met.
- Work with field service team and customer to plan out a practical service scheduling on each service agreement.
- Maintenance and monitoring efficiency on preventative service completion.
- Assist After Market Product Specialist in the creation of service contracts with clients and vendors.
- Provide first-line support for systems or operational issues for internal users or customers via phone, email, or TEAM chat
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the corporate system, recording details of enquiries, complaints, comments, actions taken and all other trouble shooting activities, including resolutions.
- Prepare and provide regular reports on common issues, trends, and system performance to reporting manager
About you:
