About the role

Join our close-knit internal sales team based in East Brisbane as an Internal Sales & Account Coordinator and receive full training and ongoing support to set you up for success! 

  

The Internal Sales & Account Coordinator works to retain and grow our customer base by understanding the customers’ needs and taking a solutions-based approach to sales to ensure the customer selects the best product to suit their needs and identifies opportunities for further sales. 

  

The Internal Sales team focus on selling our consumable range, from Label Printers and carton labelling solutions to
manufactured custom labels.  

  

The role compromises of: 

  • Following up on warm leads,  
  • Contacting customers to gather information to identify purchasing patterns and strategies 
  • Updating & maintaining account records to meet individual and team KPIs  

  

Once you have mastered this role, there will be opportunities to move into Business Development and Account Management.

About you

  •  Mindset is everything; product knowledge & sales skills can be taught.
  • We seek a motivated, driven self-starter wanting to learn and start their sales career with a hunger to succeed. 
  • Have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a team 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with a broad range of people.  
  • Ability to learn product knowledge and good organisation skills 
  • Results orientated.
  • Happy to work towards KPIs and Sales targets.
  • A friendly, competitive nature would be advantageous 
  • Would suit either a recent graduate or individual with 1 to 2 years of sales experience in sales or customer service
