Field Services Manager

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Services Manager to lead our field service team based in our Melbourne office located in Knoxfield.

The Field Service Team is a well-respected team with insignia. The team delivers a high level of customer experience through customer interaction, technical support, troubleshooting, and machine installations to several clients across Australia.

Here’s what you will be doing day to day:

• Develop and maintain a safe working culture in the workshop areas, vehicles, and routines.
• Ensure all Field Service Technicians are trained and capable of performing breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations across all product areas.
• Ensure that product knowledge continues to develop across all equipment areas.
• Proactively call and reach out to critical sites and contacts to discuss equipment performance and look at improvement opportunities with site equipment.

About you

• 5+ years’ experience in a Field Service or Technical Support position
• 3-5 years experience leading a team in the technical service field.
• Some experience with traceability, coding, or printing products desirable
• A background in delivering high levels of Customer Experience is essential.
